"Candy Corn" Nice Cream

  Every year for thanksgiving my mom gives us three candy corn pieces to say three things we are thankful for. I'm grateful that these three layers didn't run all together. The first layer is mango, the second layer is persimmon, and the last layer is banana. I've been loving persimmons lately. They are sweet and in season this time of year. What are some of your thanksgiving traditions?! 




"Candy Corn" Nice Cream
Servings: 1

Ingredients:
Yellow layer:
1/2 frozen mango 
splash of water
Orange layer:
One frozen pesimmon 
splash of water
White layer:
One frozen banana
splash of water

Directions:
1. In a high powered blender (blendtec) or food processor combine frozen mango and water until smooth. Pour in a medium glass. 

2. Blend the persimmon and water until smooth. Carefully pour in the persimmon layer with an 1/8 cup. 

3. Blend the banana and water until smooth. Carefully pour in the banana layer with an 1/8 cup. Enjoy!
