1/2 cup quick rolled oats
1/2 + 1 cup water
1/2 tsp. cocoa or carob powder
1/2 tsp. truvia baking blend
1 clementine, peeled
1/2 banana, sliced
1 1/2 tsp. all natural peanut butter
1. In a microwave safe bowl combine oats and 1/2 cup water. Microwave for 30 sec.
2. Add an additional 1 cup of water with cocoa powder and truvia. Microwave for 1 min.
3. Top oatmeal with clementine and banana slices around the bowl.
4. Put peanut butter inside a small ziplock bag and cut tip. Make a swirl with the peanut butter in the middle of the bowl.
