Who doesn't want to wake up to pancakes for breakfast?!?! I know I do! It just puts you in the best mood! These pancakes have simple ingredients and taste fabulous! They're all natural, gluten-free, and vegan. Bon app'etite!
1/8 cup blueberries
4 Ingredient Banana Oat Pancakes
Servings: makes 3-4 pancakes
Ingredients:
Pancakes:
1 banana, mashed
1/4 cup oat flour (grind in your food processor)
1/8 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. truvia or coconut sugar
Toppings: (optional)
Pure maple syrup (desired amount)
1 tsp. bear naked fit vanilla almond granola1/8 cup blueberries
1/4 cup raspberries
1 1/2 tsp. peanut butter company smooth operator
Directions:
1. Combine all pancake ingredients in a small bowl. Make sure there are no lumps.
2. Lightly spray a nonstick skillet with olive oil spray. Cook each pancake using an 1/8 cup of mixture on medium-low heat.
3. Place pancakes on a small plate.
4. Top pancakes with toppings. (optional)
