Banana Almond Oatmeal Smoothie

The past couple of days I've been enjoying this smoothie. It's super delicious and packed with good things for you! Even though it's fall I still like to have cold things like smoothies, nice creams, and shakes! Although hearty warm food is always good too! This smoothie also gives you energy for breakfast or a post workout snack! I'm in smoothie heaven!




Banana Almond Oatmeal Smoothie
Servings: 1

Ingredients:
1 frozen banana
1/8 cup almonds
1/4 cup cooked oatmeal
1 1/8 cup dariy-freof choice or water
1 cup ice


Directions:
1. In a high powered blender; (blendtec) pulse smoothie. 

2. Using the "whole juice" button (yes, whole juice!) blend the smoothie until creamy.
