Chocolate PB Banana Smoothie

This chocolate peanut butter banana smoothie is smooth and creamy! Smoothies are a great way to get your nutrients in when your in a hurry. This smoothie is packed with potassium, iron, and protein! It also tastes like dessert but, is good for you too. Which in my mind is always a win! 




Chocolate PB Banana Smoothie
Servings:

Ingredients:
Smoothie: 
1 frozen banana 
1 cup dairy-free milk of choice (I used unsweetened almond milk) 
1 cup ice or cold water
1 1/2 tsp. carob or cocoa powder
1 1/2 tsp. to 1 Tbs. all natural peanut butter 
1 tsp. truvia or honey (optional) 
Toppings:
1 tsp. unsweetened coconut


Directions:
1. In a high powered blender (blendtec) or food processor combine all smoothie ingredients until smooth. 

2. Pour smoothie in a large cup and top with coconut. Enjoy!
