Mango Pepper Salsa

   I have been loving mango recently! I've been adding it to smoothies like my tropical green smoothie bowl and nice cream. 

  This weekend is going to be busy with company. We are having a party on Saturday and family on Sunday. What better way to celebrate then fresh mango pepper salsa?! It's perfectly sweet, a little kick, and great on almost anything you can think of. I'm going to put it on a taco salad. It will also be great with chips for the party.






Mango Pepper Salsa
Servings: 8 (1/4 cup serving) 

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups mango, chopped
2/3 cup red pepper, chopped
1/4 cup grape tomatoes, chopped 
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
1 Tbs. diced green chilies
1 tsp. lime juice
1/8 tsp. salt

Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients with a spoon. 

2. Put salsa in a closed container in the fridge.
