Creamy Homemade Hummus

I mentioned in my black bean hummus recipe how much I love hummus! This classic hummus has no tahini, unlike regular hummus. It's uses only 8 ingredients and is quick to make. Once you try these hummus you will stop buying store bought hummus, it's that good! 




Creamy Homemade Hummus
Servings: 20

Ingredients:
2 15 oz. cans garbanzo beans, drained (I used kuner's no salt added)
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 Tbs. olive oil
2 Tbs. lemon juice
1 tsp. cumin
1/4 -1/2 cup water (for desired smooth consistency)
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika (optional) 

Directions:
1. Blend first 7 ingredients until smooth and creamy in a food processor or blender. 

2. Transfer mixture into a sealed container. Sprinkle or stir in paprika.
