Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal

Ok, so this oatmeal tasted like dessert! You can't go wrong with dessert for breakfast. Especially, since it's nutritious and absolutely amazing! I once again used my pumpkin apple butter to make this oatmeal. If you haven't made my pumpkin apple butter I would defineltely recommend it! It goes well with so many things. I also topped this with dark chocolate chunks because, you can't go wrong with chocolate. Bon app'etit!

Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal

1/2 cup quick rolled oats
1/3 cup + 1 cup of water or dairy-free milk
1 1/2 tsp. all natural peanut butter
1/4 tsp. cocoa or carob powder
4 pecan halves
1 tsp. dark chocolate chunks or carob chunks

1. In a microwave safe bowl combine oats and 1/3 cup water. Cook in the microwave for 30 sec.

2. Combine oats with 1 cup of water, pumpkin apple butter, peanut butter, and cocoa powder.

3. Microwave the bowl for an additional 1 min. or until cooked.

4. Top the bowl with pecans and dark chocolate. Serve and enjoy!
