DIY Seedling Pots

It's that time of year again for all you gardening lovers to put your green thumb to the test! Gardening is one of my favorite things to do. My favorite things to garden are vegetables and fruits. There is something about growing your own produce in your backyard. Today I am showing you how to start your own seedlings out of toilet paper rolls. They are super easy to make and are biodegradable!

DIY Seedling Pots

Step 1: Using one paper toilet paper roll, cut in half.

Step 2: Fold one of the rolls in half one way and make a 3/4 inch cut, then fold the roll in half the other way and make another 3/4 inch cut. You should have 4 cuts in total on the bottom of your roll. Repeat this step on the other roll.

Step 3: Fold your flaps into a cardboard box style. Repeat this step for the other roll.

Step 4: Fill your pots with a peat moss mixture and garden seed. Place your pots by a sunny window. Water your plants by your garden seed instructions.
