Roasted Cauliflower Bites

This is my favorite way to have cauliflower. I don't know what makes it so good. Is it the roasting, the olive oil, or the cauliflower? This roasted cauliflower is so simple. All you need is one head of cauliflower, a drizzle of olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper.

Roasted Cauliflower Bites

Preheat oven to 400 degrees fahrenheit and chop the head of cauliflower, removing
 all stems.

Continue to chop the cauliflower until you have bite size pieces.

On a baking sheet, drizzle olive oil and add a pinch of salt and pepper on the cauliflower bites. Put in the oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.

Serve the cauliflower bites in a large serving dish.
