I was a bit skeptical about putting zucchini in my oats but, I promise you won't taste it. The zucchini just adds a nutritional bonus to your oatmeal. It also adds some volume to your oatmeal with it's moisture. This is a great recipe for your bundles amount of zucchini from your garden. Have a great morning everyone!
