Anyways, back to the smoothie. This smoothie is refreshing, sweet, great after a workout, and is great for this summer heat. Have a great day everyone!
Banana Peach Green Smoothie
Servings: 1
Ingredients:
1 frozen banana
1/2 large peach
1 cup ice
1 cup unsweetened almond milk or water
1 packet stevia or 1 Tbs. truvia
1-3 cups spinach (I used 1 1/2 cups)
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients in a high powered blender or the blendtec using the smoothie button until desired consistency.
